This website, cnrgihealth.com (the "Website"), is operated by ITX Care Private Limited ("ITX Care", "we", "us" or "our"), an Indian health-technology company behind the CNRGI remote monitoring platform and the Dr.AtHome care network. Our offices are located at C 149, Phase II Rd, Hosiery Complex, Noida Phase-2, Uttar Pradesh 201304 and Plot No. 29 & 30, Road No. 2, Bhavani Nagar, Balanagar, Hyderabad, Telangana 500037, India.

This policy explains what information we collect through the Website, how we use it, and the choices you have. It is published in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules made under them.

This policy covers the public Website only. The CNRGI clinical platform — through which registered doctors, nurses, and patients exchange live vitals, audio, video, and health records — is governed by separate service agreements and consents presented within that platform. The Website itself does not collect or store patient health records.

We collect only what you choose to give us:

• Contact form:your name, organization, phone number, email address, inquiry type, and message, submitted when you fill in the "Partner with CNRGI" form.
• WhatsApp:if you choose a "WhatsApp" button, your device opens WhatsApp with a pre-filled message containing the details you typed. That conversation is then governed by WhatsApp's own terms and privacy policy.
• Technical logs: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps) for security and troubleshooting.

The Website does not use analytics trackers or advertising cookies, and does not require you to create an account.

• To respond to your inquiries, demo requests, and franchise interest;
• To communicate with you about our products and services you asked about;
• To maintain business records and comply with legal obligations;
• To protect the security and integrity of the Website.

We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Contact form submissions are relayed to our inbox by FormSubmit, a third-party form delivery service, and delivered to our official email. Our Website is served by our hosting provider. If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta Platforms). These providers process data only to deliver their service to us.

We keep inquiry details for as long as needed to handle your request and maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted or anonymized. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in the ordinary course.
